To help students verify hours:
- Set up a check-in table with a printed sign-in sheet (name, time in/out, supervisor initials).
- Remind students they may take a photo/screenshot of the signed sheet or their check-out confirmation as proof.
- Have the supervisor available at the start and end of each shift.
Need a template? Ask us for a printable sign-in sheet.

Students will submit their hours through the school portal. You can support verification in any of these ways:
- Sign the sheet and keep a photo on file.

- Assign age-appropriate tasks with clear instructions.
- Communicate any special requirements (e.g., closed-toe shoes, outdoor clothing).
- If a student cannot complete a task, offer an alternative where possible.
